– After customers choose the gifts they want to customize on our website (or provided by customers), they can contact us through the quotation inquiry system of our website / Whatsapp / email or phone
– Customers can also provide a budget, let us provide you with gift customization suggestions
– After understanding the needs, our sales colleagues will send quotations to your company as soon as possible
2, Confirm the order
– After confirming the order, we will provide another sales contract to confirm the order
– Design colleagues will provide gift design renderings for reference
3, Make a draft picture before sample production(if necessary) or mass production
4, Mass production
– We will have mass production after confirmed the sample.
5, Delivery and logistics
– The customer will receive our delivery notification, and the goods will be delivered to the customer’s designated location within the specified time.
